With the improvement of people's living standards,the requirements for the fineness of the yarn are becoming higher and higher.At present,the compact spinning is used to produce high count yarn on the market.Compact spinning has smooth surface and less hairiness,but the yarn evenness is poor.However the uniformity of yarns on yarns is not improved obviously.In addition,the actual production reflects a substantial reduction in hairiness below 2mm,which is not conducive to even dyeing of textiles.The magnetic DS drafting technology in ring magnetic spinning was modified in the traditional double apron drafting area,which replaced the traditional upper and lower pins with S-curve tubes,implementing flexible drafting for fiber strands,to achieve the requirement for fiber whiskers.At the same time,it has retained beneficial feathers.This paper analyzed the spinning principle theoretically.This paper theoretically analyzes the principle of spinning,and and compares and analyzes the indicators such as the evenness,strength and hairiness of the pure cotton yarns spun from the magnetic spinning DS drafting spinning technology with the SKF drafting ring and compact spinning yarns.Exploring the characteristics of the magnetic DS drafting technology and analyzing the yarn forming performance.The results show that the yarn drawn by the magnetic spinning DS drafting with respect to the SKF drafting mode has a good improvement in its evenness and hairiness,and the breaking strength and the elongation at break have also been greatly improved.Compared with compact spinning yarns,the spinning spinning yarns produced by the magnetic spinning DS drafting technology have significantly improved the kilometer-thickness of spinning yarns,and retained more useful hairiness.Selecting four indexes of spindle speed,back-side draft multiple,twist coefficient and jaw gauge to perform single-factor exploration to spin7.3 tex pure cotton high count yarn.The final optimum process conditions are: when the draft ratio in the rear zone is 1.2,the jaw gap is 1.45 mm,and the twist factor is 400,the total yarn quality is the best when the roving weight is 4 g/10 m.The surface performance of the lattice apron used in the magnetic DS drafting device is also the key factor affecting the yarn evenness.In this paper,we propose a weaving method for the magnetic DS drafting device,and increase the control of the lattice apron in the drafting area to the fiber strands.First,weave the weft yarn into the silver plated nylon wire and improve the conductivity of the lattice apron.Second,surface treatment is applied to the conventional lattice apron by ultrasonic,and the surface of the lattice apron's fabric is pressed to reduce the bending height of the warp and weft yarn at the front edge.The yarn spun of two kinds of lattice aprons is compared with that of the untreated meshes.The results show that: When changing the raw material of the lattice apron,when using the silver plating lattice apron,the yarn quality is obviously improved,the evenness is obviously reduced,and the hairiness is reduced.The yarn hairiness is obviously improved when the surface of the lattice apron is treated with ultrasonic wave.Under the silver plated lattice apron,with the same technological parameters and roving raw materials,spinning 5.3 tex yarn,compared with the third chapter,the yarn hairiness was improved significantly,and the evenness didn't deteriorate significantly.
