Research On The Reliability Standard System Of Scraper Chain Of Scraper Conveyor

The coal mine fully mechanized working face start-up rate and coal mining efficiency were mainly affected by scraper conveyor failure.In the scraper conveyor failure,the scraper chain failure was the most common.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of scraper chain in order to avoid the failure of scraper chain and improve the life of scraper chain.Although many researches and a lot of work have been done on the reliability of scraper chain by many domestic and foreign scholars,the complete system and the practical reliability standard have not been formed to regularize the implementation of standard scraper chain reliability.In this paper,the construction of the scraper conveyor chain reliability standard system and the development of some scraper chain reliability standards will be mainly discussed.Firstly,the relevant knowledge of the scraper chain and the standard system were introduced,and the main failure forms,causes and solutions of the current mining scraper chain were summarized.Secondly,the current standards of scraper conveyor chain were found and analysed.The main problems of the current standard were pointed out.The main reliability work in research and design,manufacturing,transportation and storage,use and maintenance of 4 life cycle stage were summarized.The reliability standard system of scraper chain based on the whole life cycle theory was built.Then,the outline of the scraper chain reliability diagram was drawn.The scraper chain reliability project application matrix was developed,and the reliability of specific projects were screened.The scraper chain reliability work outline was formulated,in which the reliability work were specified and interpreted.Finally,for the actual application,the reliability design evaluation criteria,reliability evaluation,general quality and reliability of products reach the standard,the target of scraper chain scraper chain reliability life test standard of 4 specific criteria were formulated.The JOY-1250 type scraper conveyor,with 48 x 152 ring chain was selected to prove the reliability life test,which showed the average working time of scraper chain was approximately exponential distribution with parameter 723.26,that meant this type of scraper chain MTBF was 723.26 h and the MTTR was 6.33 h.According to the results,the test was feasible,and could guide the scraper conveyor chain reliability work to a certain extent.
