As coal is China's main energy in the future for a long time,the coal industry has to maintain a certain scale,the development of scraper conveyor is very important in mine equipment,but it must to solve the problem of difficult start in heavy scraper conveyor.Now the soft start control is applied in the start-up stage of heavy scraper conveyor.There are many ways to implement soft-start control,and the CST has a great advantage in the heavy scraper conveyor soft start control,as it can start with non-load and control easily.Currently,the CST mainly relies on imports,and its core technology is monopolized by other countries,so it is necessary to develop the technology of CST in China?In this paper,the CST(KP-45)is used as research object.The system composition and working principle of CST is introduced,and the mathematical modeling of CST hydraulic servo system is built.Through AMESim,the hydraulic servo system?driving motor?viscous clutch and scraper conveyor are built.The fuzzy PID controller is built in MATLAB/Simulink.And through the co-simulation both AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,the hydraulic servo system is controlled by fuzzy PID controller.In the end,the model is emulated in two conditions: the signal driving CST and the double driving CST,which is built before.When the scraper conveyor is drived by signal CST,through the research of hydraulic servo system controlled by PID or fuzzy PID,the scraper conveyor is emulated in three conditions: no-load condition?load condition and chain blocked condition.When the same speed signal is input,research are analysed through system output speed?chain wheel speed and clutch pressure.The result shows that compared to PID in soft start control,the system,controlled by fuzzy PID,have adaptive ability and adjustment process is more shorter.At the same time,the ability resistance to external shocks of system is improved,the system can reach an ideal start state.When the scraper conveyor is drived by double CST,the factors of CST power imbalance between scraper conveyor head and end are analysed.The result shows that the factor of load size?load location and start time difference between scraper conveyor head and end have a great impact.With the load increasing,the power imbalance become more obvious.When the load is distributed in head and end of the scraper conveyor,the power imbalance become more obvious.When the load is distributed in middle of the scraper conveyor,the power imbalance doesn't become obvious.With the start time difference between scraper conveyor head and end increasing,the power imbalance become from obvious to weak,then to obvious.Compared to PID in soft start control,the fuzzy PID can improve the power imbalance.
