Wire rope is widely used in various industries because of its characteristics such as large load,good winding performance and the smooth movement.As the important component of mine hoisting system,the reliability of hoisting rope directly affects the safety of the mine hoisting system.In order to prevent the security problems due to the hoisting rope failure or fracture in the process of its use,it is indispensable to research operating characteristics of hoisting rope such as tension,vibration,fatigue,broken wires,etc.Therefore,it has great significance on researching a kind of hoisting rope simulation test platform.Based on the analysis of the deficiency of the traditional wire rope test platform,the design features and requirements of hoisting rope simulation test platform were presented,and the composition and working principle of the mechanical transmission system were studied.The dynamic characteristics of the hoisting mechanism of the key mechanism of the system under different working conditions were studied through the dynamic simulation software Adams.The results show that in the process of operation the speed and acceleration of hoisting rope fluctuate slightly in a certain range,but within the reasonable operating range of the system.And when the running speed of the system and the weight of the lifting load increase,the stability of the operation reduced,therefore the operation parameters should be selected according to the actual conditions.The modal tests of the vertical guide frame are carried out by using LMS Test Lab software,and the natural frequencies of each stage are obtained,which lays a foundation for avoiding resonance in the operation of the system.The design of the hydraulic control system was completed by combining the action requirement of driving mechanism and anti-running rope device.And the hydraulic system simulation model was built through the simulation software Automation Studio,the dynamic characteristics of two hydraulic loops under different system pressures and different flow rates of the electro hydraulic directional valve were simulated.Through the analysis and comparison of simulation results,and considering the requirement of system operation,the system pressure of the hydraulic control system is determined to be 13 MPa,and the rated flow of the anti-running rope loop electro-hydraulic reversing valve is determined to be 90L/min.According to the driving characteristics of the driving mechanism a double motor synchronous drive method based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)and vector variable frequency speed control was proposed.And the control system was modeled and simulated with MatLab/ SimuLink software.The results show that the double motor synchronous drive control system has good synchronization performance,excellent speed regulation performance,and great anti-interference ability.According to the requirements of performance tests such as tension,vibration,fatigue and broken wires of the hoisting rope simulation test platform the overall design of the test system was studied.And the vibration performance test of the wire rope is carried out,and the feasibility of the test platform is verified.The use of wireless transmission technology can avoid the chaos of field wiring.The PLC system and the configuration software of the host computer are designed,realized the remote control of the system and real-time display of test data.
