As the key machine of the mining work,the mine hoist has important influence on the mining efficiency and personnel safety.And once accidents occur,it will often cause incalculable property damage.Dynamic characteristics of spindle structure are closely related to the health of the hoist as the hub component to transfer power and bear load.Therefore,regarding the spindle structure as the research object,there will carry out dynamic research including static analysis and dynamic analysis to improve condition monitoring quality.The result will provide the technological mean and fault diagnosis theory basis for spindle structure of hoist.The spindle structure of the 2JTP-1.2×0.8 single rope winding hoist is served as the research target.The research covers four aspects,such as static analysis,modal analysis,harmonic response analysis,transient dynamic analysis and the study of the vibration characteristics.First of all,in order to get the stress and strain characteristics from the result of the static analysis,this paper makes the static analysis of the spindle structure.The maximum stress and deformation under various operating conditions also could be got.And then,compared with the permissible stress of materials to check the requirement of strength.The result shows that the parts strength meets the requirement and the axis maximum deformation is smaller than the requirement of the stiffness.Then,the dynamic analysis of the spindle structure must be done.On the one hand,the modal analysis must be done so that it could avoid the resonance or vibration at particular frequency.And the preceding 6 order natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode could be got.On the other hand,this paper does the harmonic response analysis of the spindle unit so as to determine the steady response under the loads of different frequency components.The result shows that the sensitive frequency range of the structure is 44Hz,64Hz and 156Hz nearby,close to the first order,third order and fifth order natural frequency of the modal analysis result.The excitation of those frequency has to be avoided when the hoist is in the working condition.And then,transient dynamic analysis of the unit could be carried out under the normal condition and under the pot-sticking condition.The result under normal condition shows that the maximum stress value of roller is 167 Mpa,the change variation of maximum stress is similar to the change rule of the uniform pressure applied on the surface of roller shell.And the range of the main shaft stress around at 40 Mpa is relatively stable in the whole running process,the change variation of maximum stress is similar to the change rule of the torque caused by the rope tension.The analysis result under pot-sticking condition shows that stress of the roller and main shaft are increased.But the stress of the main shaft can increase a lot.So the increase of the rope tension has bigger influence on the spindle than the roller.Two analysis results show that the spindle structure could be safe and stable under the normal condition or under the pot-sticking condition.In the end,there is the research of the vibration characteristics.On the one hand,transient dynamic analysis is conducted with the running speed of 0.5 m/s,1 m/s,1.5 m/s,2 m/s and 2.5 m/s.And check the vibration characteristics of the chief parts.On the other hand,build the test bench and do the test for the study on vibration characteristics of the spindle structure.In that process,the result could pick up the vibration acceleration signal by acceleration sensors.By the comparison of the results of two ways,the variation of vibration acceleration amplitude is consistent,The amplitude of vibration acceleration increased along with increase of the hoist speed,so simulation analysis is validated correct.So the further study on the vibration characteristics of the spindle structure can be conducted through the simulation analysis.
