Design And Implementation Of Remote Transmission Scheme For Reliability Data Of Multi Area Numerical Control Systems

CNC technology is the core technology of many advanced manufacturing technologies.The developed countries of the world have developed and widely used CNC technology to improve the manufacturing capacity and level as an important way to accelerate economic development and improve the comprehensive national strength and national status.Due to the reliability of the gap,the lack of authoritative reliability of third-party test evaluation,the user's recognition of the domestic CNC system is not very high,which largely restricted the progress of the development of CNC system.The main purpose of this paper is to design a remote transmission scheme to solve the distribution of the numerical control system in different areas,different network environment to achieve the reliability of the local server data can be safely transmitted to the central data collection server,and in the central data collection server analyzes the reliability data.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper is based on the VPN technology combined with wired and wireless network design and implementation of reliability data transmission link;designed and implemented local transport server by using Webservice and Socket communication technology,including the use of WebService to achieve real-time data transmission,the use of Socket to achieve video data transmission;integrated Apache KAFKA,Mina,Spring development framework,designed the central data acquisition server,the server can achieve the reliability data query service release,analysis and processing,remote monitoring and other functions.The research of this paper provides a solution for the remote transmission of reliability data,which can adapt to the numerical control system of multi-region and multi-network environment.The test results in the laboratory environment show that the scheme can realize the safe and stable transmission of the reliability data,and can provide the technical support for the third party test of the reliability of the numerical control system.
