Computer numerical control(CNC)system referred to as the soul of the machine,it's reliability is an important factor restricting the development of high-grade CNC.The reliability test of CNC system produce a lot of running state data,the reliability and completeness of data is the base of getting real information of reliability.So paper research on data processing technology of CNC system from reliability of data transmission,standardization of data processing,effective storage,which provide technical support of the research of the reliability of CNC system.First of all,analyzed the demand of reliability test of CNC system to determine reliability data,analyzed the demand of data transmission and operation between different terminals,made transport plan for different data: sample terminal and server combining multithread,multiple buffer to transmit data,server and client communicate via Ajax,Web Socket,server and the third party test center use breakpoint resume,data compression to transmit data.Second,analyzed the change features of static data and dynamic data,designed the processing method of default value and redundant data: used Newton interpolation method and linear extrapolation method to solve the problem of default value,designed algorithm to solve the problem of redundant data.According to the characteristics and change rules of reliability data of different types,designed the suitable compression algorithm: improved LZW algorithm to compress static text data,improved Swing Door Trending algorithm to compress process data,and the network transmission data use two-stage compression method.Finally,analyzed the storage demand of CNC reliability data,set up reliability data model,used the storage strategy combining in-memory database and relational database to implement efficient storage and access of reliability data,and optimized the stored procedure to speed up data access.Experimental results show that reliability data processing technology provide reliable,comprehensive,normalized data for third part test of CNC,and implement effective transmission and efficient storage of reliability data,save transmission bandwidth and memory space.
