Reactive material is an energy material of which was filled with polymer,metal and alloy.It will be react and release much energy when impact.In order to study the mechanics and ignition properties of damaged and undamaged material after impacted.Experiment study,theory analyze and simulation methods has been used in this paper.Finally,the results of macroscopic properties variety have been obtained with impact process.To study the mechanics and ignition properties of reactive material.Firstly,the material was load by split Hopkinson pressure bars(SHPB)in different strain rates,the mechanics properties have been obtained,then fitting the stress curves by Johnson-Cook constitution model,and simulate the mechanics of material load by SHPB with LS-DYNA,compare the experiment data with simulation,results show that the fitting parameters seems to be reasonable.Secondary,there is a continuous need for the SHPB,drop-weight directly impact,compress and shear experiment to study material ignition property,with the aid of high strain rates load,it can be get the critical ignition stress and ignition energy of different experiment methods.Finally,to asses the influence of mechanics and ignition,damaged material has also been investigated with SHPB and drop-weight experiment.Compared with the damaged and undamaged material property,it can be make a firm conclusion to the influence of material after damaged.In order to exploratory development of the reaction mechanism of material,the chemistry and thermology properties of reactive material has been analyzed,it can be inferred the reactive process of material.After this,introduce the plasticity heating model and analyze the model characteristic,write the plasticity heating model by Fortran language which would be used to calculate the macroscopic temperature variety with the load process.Compared with the experiment results,it is possible to make a firm conclusion that the model will be reasonable,and it can also be used to calculate the temperature variety regular which was induced by the material mechanics property.
