Large modulus spline continuous cold rolling precision forming is a new kind of cold forming technology,the theory is using a couple of wheels to roll shaft at room temperature quickly,forcing the shaft surface metal deformed and forming the tooth.Compared with the traditional cutting process,the spline manufactured by the tcchnology has wonderful mechanical properties,higher precision and higher material utilization and so on.In order to improve the spline forming quality and machine tool bearing.Factors affecting the rolling force of high-speed cold rolling precision forming of large modulus spline in the manufacturing process is verified by theoretical study and simulation.The machine parameters and process parameters on the forming process of force characteristics and the degree of influence is determined.The vibration of the manufacturing process analysis of the vibration characteristics of machine tool to find itself is studied,running ABAQUS to simulate the rolling forming process,to obtain the load characteristics of rolling moments,so as to give suggestions can reduce the influence of vibration.In this paper,the surface hardness of high-speed cold rolling precision forming of large modulus spline parts is tested,and the relationship between properties of spline and microstructure is studied by analyzing the microstructure of the formed parts.Using the different processing parameters to manufacture spline sample,and the influence of the forming parameters on the surface hardness of the cold rolling forming spline is analyzed.Control the metal flow of forming process is the key to ensure the accuracy and performance.Using ABAQUS software simulate the process in the paper,tracking node of the typical position,node displacement output,combined with the experimental analysis from the microperspective of total deformation,form the flow law of metal process.Through the research on the structure parameters of the machine tool(roller size,rolling wheel radius)and process parameters(spindle speed,feed speed),spline geometric parameters(spline modulus),obtained the influence onthe forming process of the cold rolling.In the process,machine load is impulse mode,vibration of the machine tool in the process will cause the significant influence on the forming quality,according to the load characteristics of high-speed cold rolling forming,designing the structure of vibration damping to improve the forming precision.Changing the process parameters that impact cold deformation rate changed,thus affecting the microstructure and macroscopic properties of the forming parts,the spline surface quality of different process parameters such as spindle speed and feed speed forming were analyzed,obtained the hardness distribution of high-speed cold rolling forming spline tooth part,gives the optimization scheme of forming quality.The method combined with the application of simulation and experimental research of the metal flow law of forming process,through simulation analysis on node tracking,and high-speed cold rolling forming experiment shows the flow characteristics of the typical position of the spline.Found that the addendum is prominent,the tooth flank pressured into the workpiece.The displacement of the dedendum is maximum.The axial position of shaft flow to the direction of the wheel rotation,forming a prominent face,the near end the addendum shape is not insufficient.
