In order to gather favoring, we must test the mineral power's capability. The original measurement mode operation is complex, the precision insufficiency; the inaccuracy is obvious, moreover it didn't realize the real-time examination and the data storage. Accord with standard MT/T408—1995, the design of electric current and voltage testing instrument in mineral power for miner's lamp charging based on virtual instrument. Electric current and voltage real-time test are more crucial in the miner's lamp charging. The designed testing system has realized the central measure and control parameters of power's current and the voltage. Moreover, it's able to real-time stakeout and save the testing data.First of all, the article introduced the mineral power testing instrumentation's development, as well as the Virtual instrument's technology caused the power testing methods more succinctness. Then it is a simple explanation that measuring instrument's system collectivity is designed. Afterward, detailed introduce the sensor that it is used optical fiber's micro curved effect principle designed electric current sensor, Used the integrated voltage's chip design to examine electric circuit, as well as the communication circuit and protection circuit's design.
