Hancheng mining area is located in the southeast edge of Shaanxi Province, Erdos basin,shallow mining area folds and faults development, serious damage to the coal mine production process, structure, roadway excavation and supporting is difficult, especially coal roadway support and maintenance, spend a lot of manpower and resources, the mining cost greatly. Taking Hancheng mining area of Xiangshan coal mine as the research object, selects the roadway of 21503 working face as the typical complex conditions of coal roadway, the original supporting situation analysis, analysis of the coal roadway under complex conditions of the instability mechanism, put forward the corresponding control technology of surrounding rock, optimize the support parameters for similar conditions in Hancheng mining area coal roadway provides theoretical and technical reference.On the basis of field investigation, this paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. It can be concluded that when the 21503 working face is started, the air return roadway is affected by the two mining, which is the main reason for the instability of the surrounding rock. Due to the influence of horizontal tectonic forces, the service of the working face is affected by the advanced abutment pressure, the adjacent working face roadway and the lateral abutment pressure of the goaf, and the roadway is strongly convergent.In the process of deformation of roadway surrounding rock, the direction of displacement of the surrounding rock is pointed to the roadway space, and the deformation of the surrounding rock is mainly dominated by the roof subsidence and the asymmetric displacement between the two groups.Therefore, this paper puts forward the control technology of surrounding rock based on structural compensation. With the optimized support scheme, to further improve the stability of surrounding rock roadway, floor heave was significantly reduced, less than 0.01m. The surface displacement of the two groups is reduced from 0.19M to 0.08m before the support,and the displacement of the roadway roof is controlled in the range of 0.03m to 0.06m. The overall stability of the tunnel is enhanced, and the control effect of the surrounding rock is remarkable.
