| The cast polyethylene terephthalate(Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate,APET)is one of the typical representative of the environment friend ly materials,and its market sharing is gradually increasing with growing c oncern of environment protection.Having good mechanical properties and bending resistance and excellent optical properties and chemical resistance,the APET substrate could be widely used in commodity packaging and pr otection.However,the lower hardness and poorer scratch resistance resulte d from its molding method limited greatly in the application of packaging.This project proposed and employed the approach of coating to solve th ese problems in order to expand its application.With the advantages of fast curing and simpility process and energy saving and no volatile solvents and good for large-scale production,the UV curing is suitable for reparation of the different coatings to meet various requirements.This paper employed the technology of UV curing to prepare the flexible and scratch resistance coating for APET surface,based on the merits above.The relationship between precursor,low function monomer,high function monomer and photoinitiator with the corresponding coating properties were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the combination of CN9013 NS and CN989 was used as precursor,in combine with SR238 NS and SR368 NS as low function monomer,and SR399 NS and DPHA as high function monomer,and incorporated mixture of 184 and 1173 as photoinitiator.Improved maximally the pencil hardness and scratch resistance and wear resistance,the coatings good flexibility could be maintained at the same time.In addition,the pursuit of life quality especially for the daily necessities improve gradually,both in the appearance and tactility,people are always persuing the unique and comfortable experience.Consequently,various high-end products attracted the attention of the customer for their appearance of beauty and confort and well touch,the matte coating also came into being.In this paper,a series of polyurethane acrylate precursors was prepared by two-step method using polyethylene adipate,isophorone diisocyanate and hydroxyethyl acrylate as raw materials,which were combined with momomers and photoinitiator,and the matte coating with gloss less than 60% was obtained after UV curing.Two kinds of UV curing coatings were prepared in this paper,one of which was a flexible and scratch-resistant coating,which properties were: pencil hardness H,excellent flexibility and scratch resistance performance,adhesion 0level.The second was UV curing matte coating,the performance were: the surface gloss is less than 60%,good adhesion,and fast UV curing. |
