With economic development and tight land resources,China's urban housing prices remain high,which produced a certain degree of restriction to consumers buy residential area,small family homes become more and more popular.Kitchen area of small and medium-sized houses,as an integral part of life,to meet the basic needs of user functionality while better adapt to the evolving needs of users,needs to keep on developing.In this paper,the existing status of small family homes and kitchens were summarized,and the paper analyzed the current situation and developments in the modern kitchen furniture,to clarify the existing small and medium-sized kitchen furniture design.On this basis,this paper from the perspective of small and medium-sized interactive situations kitchen furniture usage,classified and analyzed to determine the relevant design objectives.As a result,it pointed out the direction for flexible design kitchen furniture in the future.Combined with Small and medium-sized kitchen furniture situational interactions and the specific objectivesn of flexible design,the paper explores the applicability of small and medium sized flexible design kitchen furniture design as well as its characteristics,and proposes small family kitchen furniture design flexibility of the design process.Through the study of small and medium-sized kitchen furniture,design flexibility,and exploring conditions under limited circumstances,to achieve the full-featured and easy to use target,at the same time to create a comfortable living environment and continue to meet the needs of users changing kitchen furniture design,smalland medium-sized development of kitchen furniture provides a reference.
