In recent years,with the increase of impurity in the produced fluid of oil and gas field,many oil companies invest a great amount of employees and profits in dealing with this problem.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed a new kind of gas-liquid-solid three phase cyclone separation.The structure of gas-liquid-solid three phase cyclone separation includes the zone of rotational flow and gravity settling.The zone of rotational flow emploies the single tangent entrance and the zone of gravity setting emploies the flat to steady flow and improve the separation efficiency,as the core of solid-liquid separation.The separator is designed in this paper has no moving parts,no internal complex device,using reasonable feeding,discharging and cyclone occurrence structure,and has high separation efficiency.Based on investment of document and design calculation,the paper confirmd cyclone body height,cylindrical diameter,and inlet pipe diameter etc.This equipment is manufactured byplexiglass because of its firm and vifrification.And resistance characteristic,separation efficiency,outlet droplet granularity distribution and concentration of liquid in the outlet pipes were researched in the laboratory with the air,water and sand.Though the result of research,we could find that in the process of gas-liquid-solid separation,inlet gas-flow influences the separation efficiency in gas-liquid,gas-solid and solid-liquid;liquid concertration in gas has an effect on the gas-liquid separation;and solid concertration in solid has an influence on the gas-solid and liquid-solid separation.In addition,the result was satisfied when the inlet materials are in low flow and low concentration,but it changed while the inlet materials are in high flow and high concentration.Increasing the height of separator contributes to release cumulative liquid and improve the separation efficiency.The flats in the zone of solid-liquid have the function of steadying flow and improve the separation efficiency.In addition,this paper researches the resistance characteristic of separator in gas and gas-liquid.
