With the increasement of depth of china's offshore oil exploration operations,the deepwater drilling riser system has been widely used in the process of marine oil and gas exploration and development.Because of the bad marine environment,when a failure occurs during the drilling operation,in order to prevent riser breakage,we must disconnect the riser quickly from the wellheader BOP,riser will kick up after an emergency detachment,not effectively controlling the recoil will cause serious damage to the wellhead platform installations and equipment.Based on the national major science and technology project“research on deepwater drilling riser operation management and safety evaluation technology”,this paper has analyzed the structure and principle of the foreign riser recoil control system.Research on deepwater riser recoil control system,to provide reference for the safety and security of riser system of our country's deepwater drilling process.The riser recoil control system mainly consists of the following parts: riser tensioning system,anti-recoil valve,isolation valve and PLC automatic remote control system.Firstly,this paper builts the mathematical model of the whole recoil control system of the recoil control system components characteristics with the MATLAB simulation software during the direct acting type riser tensioning system work process.This paper builts the mathematical formula of closed loop model using hydraulic cylinder piston displacement,velocity,cylinder gas pressure etc as controlled volume.The above two methods at the same time using conventional PID and fuzzy PID control scheme simulate and compare,the simulation results show that the use of fuzzy PID controller model of mathematical formula has higher control precision,thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the riser recoilcontrol system work.In addition,we draft preliminarily the overall control scheme of deepwater drilling riserrecoil control system based on S7-300.We select the PLC hardware device and distribute the I/O to complete the hardware,software design of riser recoil control system according to the control requirement of the system and the simulation results of the mathematical model built in simulink.Design and realize functions of deepwater drilling riser emergency disconnected successfully,effective control of recoil occurs and the accurate real-time alarm when a fault occurs.We realize the drilling riser emergency detachment recoil control function by simulation and design at the same time the aerial surveillance picture of the whole recoil control system based on WinCC.Finally,through the communication between WinCC and PLC realize real-time monitoring and fault detection of recoil control system and alarm functions.
