With the continuous development of deepwater oil exploration in china, the applicationof deepwater drilling riser system which is the key equipment of deepwater drilling operationswill be more extensive.Due to the complex equipments and harsh operating environment,Recoil will cause serious damage to riser and platform device if it Can not get effectivecontrol. At present,The domestic research of the control of riser recoil is still at the initialstage,thus,it is of great significance for deep water oil and gas that study and master the riserrecoil control technology in our country.The subject which comes from the subtopic deep-water drilling riser pipes jobmanagement and safety evaluation techniques of the National science and technology majorprojects"the deep-water drilling and completion engineering and technology,researched theEmergency Release and recoil control technology of the Deepwater drilling riser system.This article firstly researched the reason、harm and recoil control goal after theDeepwater drilling riser emergency escape, Briefly description of the structure and workingprinciple of the common recoil control system, then determined the control scheme based onSiemens S7-300PLC for the Direct acting type riser recoil control system. also, this articleintroduced the composition of control system and the function which is needed. According tothe requirements of the system, the selection of the PLC hardware equipment and I/Oallocation is completed, and the recoil control system s hardware circuit design and softwaredesign is completed. Software design system achieved the riser emergency detachmentjudgment and start、the control of the riser speed、the control of the top tension and faultdetection and alarm function. Designed the PLC-based fuzzy PID control algorithm, achievedthe goal of recoil control. meanwhile, designed a man-machine interface based on WinCCconfiguration software.the system could realize the real-time monitoring、fault detection、alarm and other functions basing on the communication between PLC and WinCC.In addition,this article analyzed the recoil of the direct-acting riser tensioning system,it created the Kinematic mathematical model of the system according to the characteristics ofeach element of the tensioning system, it used Matlab software to program numericalexamples, The results showed that the recoil movement of the riser recoil control systemunder the action could be effectively controlled. at the same time, the system choseElectro-hydraulic proportional valve as recoil control valve to establish the Electro-hydraulicproportional valve transfer function model which based on the Fuzzy-control, also, it createda corresponding simulation model in SIMULINK. this model used three different controlschemes including Open-loop control, conventional PID control and fuzzy-PID control to getresults,the results showed that Fuzzy PID control algorithm could be significantly improve thestability of the system.
