Oilfield gathering system skeleton pipeline is mainly for the oilfield produced crude oil conveying to the task of cleaning dehydration station.In order to guarantee smooth delivery of the product, often need to consume large amounts of heat, pressure on the transfer station for oil-water mixture to provide energy, much of the energy consumption in the form of heat and friction loss on the pipeline.Currently, elm forest late oilfield has entered high water cut development, oil field production decline, skeleton line gradually at the low throughput run stage, significant increase in oil consumption, the safety of the pipeline and economy are greatly reduced.Of in yushulin oil field development present situation and future development trend, to ensure the safe and economic operation of skeleton line as the goal, to carry out the following research work: oilfield gathering system skeleton pipeline is mainly for the carry crude oil from the oil field to the task of cleaning of km heat loss", "tons of km pressure can damage", "tons of km energy loss", "hot loss rate", and rate of pressure loss of the "|", a total of 7 indicators on the skeleton in yushulin oil field pipeline operation energy consumption calculation and analysis, grasp the skeleton pipeline energy consumption patterns.Determine the pipeline under the conditions of different seasons spring transmission efficiency to an average of 70.1%, the summer is 74.3%, the fall of 73.6%, the winter is 68.4%, is affected by environmental conditions and throughput.Among them, the total energy loss in pipe, the heat loss rate is above 98%, accounting for a large proportion.Secondly, using the method of mathematical statistics, the optimal fitting study identified the different pipeline for the change law of heat transfer coefficient in different months and hydraulic friction coefficient of correction formula.On this basis, in order to prevent the coagulation of crude oil and pipe into the unstable workspace on the basis of the different skeleton calculate and determine the yushulin oil field pipeline under different moisture content in different months throughout the year, the minimum safety throughput, as a skeleton line parameters of low throughput pipeline operation safety.Skeleton pipeline is discussed, the actual throughput on the basis of the relative relationship between throughput, the moisture content in different months throughout the year of the oil solution.Actual throughput in skeleton pipeline is lower than the minimum safety throughput, aiming at the lowest
