Super capacitor mainly includes electric double layer capacitance(EDLC)and pseudocapacitance,and the capacitance provided by pseudocapacitance can be 10 ~ 100 times of EDLC.Thus,doping with heteroatoms(such as N,B,S)or loading metal oxide is an effective method to promote the electrode material to produce pseudo capacitance.In this paper,the nitrogen-doped / multi-element co-doped capacitor carbon was prepared from the precursor of soybean meal.N2 adsorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),element analysis,surface wettability were used for analysis on the physical and chemical characteristics.At last,the effects of nitrogen functional groups and nonmetal oxides in the electrochemical properties were studied with.The results showed that the specific capacitance of prepared by one step activation method at 700?(BH7)reached 360F/g in inorganic electrolyte system,increased 28.11% compared with the sample under the same activation temperature under carbonization-activation method(AH7).And the specific capacitance of BJ3 reached 179F/g in organic electrolyte system,increased 20.13% compared with the sample under the same activation temperature under carbonization-activation method(AJ3).By means of elemental analysis test,the content of nitrogen and oxygen found in BH7 was higher than BH8.By contact angle test,it was found that the hydrophil icity of BH7 also outperforms BH8 and BH9.Finally after the text of XPS,the electrochemical performance analysis of three electrode,N was confirmed clearly to occurre oxidation reduction reaction and generate pseudocapacitance in BH7.The surface of carbon material was modificated by loading NiO.After the analysis of the pore structure and XRD,it was fully proved that the NiO has been loaded into the pores of carbon material successfully.The result shows that the NiO doped on carbon materials enhanced charge-discharge performance at high current density in the inorganic electrolyte.Redox reaction was occurred in organic electrolyte and pseudo capacitance was produced,which enhanced the cycle stability prolonged the service life of the capacitor and.
