Mine locomotive transport is the main means of transport mine waste rock,materials or personnel.At present,the most used motor vehicles are the combination of lead-acid battery and DC motor.Although the lead-acid battery motor car does not need to be wired,the transportation is convenient,but the lead-acid battery has a long charging time and requires large investment in supporting facilities.The existence of commutator and brushes in the DC motor increases the hidden danger of underground gas explosion.In order to shorten the charging time and improve the dynamic power output,this paper takes the super capacitor as the power source of mine electric locomotive and the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the traction motor.With the energy storage control of supercapacitor as the discussion point,the charge and discharge control of the supercapacitor power supply for the mining motor vehicle is emphatically discussed.First,the energy storage principle and charging characteristics of supercapacitor are introduced.Taking the parameters of the XK2.5-6/48-2A lead-acid battery electric locomotive as a reference,the suitable super capacitor battery pack and permanent magnet synchronous motor were set up,and the charging strategy of the constant current and constant power of the mine super capacitor electric vehicle was determined.Subsequently,a supercapacitor charging and discharging main circuit based on a PWM rectifier and a bidirectional DC/DC converter was designed.The bi-directional DC/DC converter operates in the Buck mode during super capacitor charge and energy feedback,and works in the boost mode when the motor vehicle is running normally.For charging and discharging,suitable control strategies were designed to achieve fast charging of supercapacitors and rapid energy absorption when braking.In the MATLAB,the charging control system and discharge control system for mining super capacitor motor vehicles were built.Through the simulation of supercapacitor charging and discharging model,the proposed control strategy is verified,which proves the rapidity and reliability of super capacitor constant current and constant power charging,and the possibility of super capacitor as the power source of electric locomotive for the absorption and reuse of braking energy.The software and hardware parts of the energy storage control system were analyzed and designed.Some experiments were done to verify the correctness of the energy storage control system and the hardware circuit.Figure [63] table [5] reference [69]...
