Motor vehicle is the common equipment in the process of coal production and transportation, its performance and safety performance is directly related to the economic benefits of enterprises. The traditional motor vehicle used lead-acid battery as the driving power, but it has large volume, poor battery life,long charging time, the maintenance work of trouble and other shortcomings, there is an urgent need for higher performance and more secure power to replace. In recent years, with the increasing maturity of the vector control technology,the control system of the motor vehicle adopts vector control, the key problem is how to accurately obtain the angle and speed of the rotor.In this paper, based on the vector control system of the super capacitor mining motor vehicle, the control system is studied.Firstly, introduced the structure of PMSM, established the mathematical model of PMSM, analyzed the control system, finally determined the id=0 control mode. The core of the control system is how to accurately obtain the information of rotor position. Aiming at the problem of the detection method based on the fundamental wave excitation, the dependence of the parameters of the motor and the low accuracy of the low speed, the method of extracting the rotor signal by the method of the response current is determined to detect the rotor angle and speed. Filtering process of response current, to avoid the filtered signal phase delay and amplitude attenuation problem, this paper did not use bandstop and bandpass filter, but the choice is composed of high pass filter, the filtering part, synchronous shaft filtering was adopted, reduce the signal distortion and signal offset. Rotor signal observation in this paper is used Luenberger observer, appropriate improvement for the structure, so that it can be more accurately the rotor angle and speed. Due to high frequency current response signal in rotor signal is existed in the form of two times frequency and need of the rotor initial position further detection, this paper introduces the rotor iron core saturation effect to determine the specific method of rotor magnetic pole, the high-frequency signal detection method and the results are more precise.In this paper, a super capacitor is used to replace the lead-acid battery for the driving power supply of mine electric locomotive. The comparison is made between the two aspects, such as cycle efficiency and endurance. In addition, the charging method of the super capacitor is introduced, and the practical application and maintenance methods are also introduced.Based on the above research, a Matlab simulation model of PMSM vector control system for mine motor vehicle is built, and the rotor initial position detection and rotor angle speed detection and vector control strategy are verified. Finally, the hardware and software of the system are designed. The simulation and experiment show that the sensorless vector control method based on high frequency voltage signal is accurate and effective, and it can meet the needs of mine electric locomotive.
