Research On Design And Installation Process For The New Type Of Ring Cooler

The traditional problems of sintered ring cooler air leakage serious,bulk collection difficult,multiple fault points,the cooling effect is not ideal,high energy consumption;and the sealing rubber ring cooler damage quickly,the seal is not strict,can not adapt to the deviation of rotating frame.Therefore,according to the working principle of the ring cooler,the magnetic fluid seal from the basic theory,design a reliable sealing,leakage rate,low energy consumption,compact structure,new maintenance workload is small,high efficiency liquid seal ring cooler,meaningful.The main content of this paper is:First,by reading domestic and international literature and other information,combined with the development of the enterprise's refrigerator,the development status and problems of the domestic and foreign ring coolers are summarized and analyzed.The traditional ring cooler analysis based on a brief analysis of the work principle and general design of a new type of ring cooler,and then through the Solidworks software to build three-dimensional model car,and meshes for the application of Gambit software,and then using CFD software FLUENT to solve grid model of ring cooling machine trolley,so as to analyze the impact of the temperature field velocity field and pressure field on the cooling effect and cooling cycle,the final design of the car a good cooling effect;and a detailed description of the design process model of ring cooler structure,which comprises a driving device,a rotary frame,sealing device,blast system,annular duct device,to the design process of feeding device.Secondly,the installation process of the new type ring refrigerator is systematically studied and analyzed.A brief analysis of the installation process model of ring cooler,and draw the process of installing the new ring cooler,the installation process of main parts of new annular cooler with emphasis,including the ring cooler,cooler center stake frame,transmission bracket,horizontal rail,side rail,trolley and sealing device,annular tank,air duct sealing device,driving device,installation process,chute blast system.Finally,a series of tests have been carried out to check whether the new ring refrigerator meets the requirements of the process and whether it can achieve the established function.While a problems found from the test results,according to these problems,the corresponding processing methods,including the side roller and side rail coupling from slipping and friction wheel slipping,rotating frame car door type air duct and contact the abnormal abnormal sealing device.
