In the domestic metallurgical industry,the cooling in the pellet production process is mainly accomplished by a ring cooler.The hot pellets produced in the previous process step slowly turn on the trolley with the grate hole,and the hot minerals The cooling air from the lower blower of the trolley cools down.During the cooling process,the smaller particles of mineral material fall from the grate hole of the trolley to the hopper below the ring cooler,which is called bulk material.At present,most of the processing methods of the ring cooler bulk materials are based on the experience of workers using manual discharge,manual trolley transport.This method of collecting the material of the ring cooler has the problems that the unloading can block the air duct in time and the unloading of the bulk material can cause air leakage of the ring cooler and other problems,and the work environment is harsh,the labor intensity of workers is high,and the red ball burns easily High labor costs.Therefore,it is of great realistic and economic significance to develop a set of automatic collector for circulating chiller.This paper mainly includes four parts,the design and modeling of the automatic collector of the circulating cooling machine bulk material,the kinematics simulation and the static analysis of the bulk material collecting trolley,the design of the control system of the bulk material collecting trolley and the on-site installation and debugging.First of all,after the on-the-spot investigation,we learned about the condition of the lower structure of the ring cooler and the bad working conditions,and put forward the design principle of the automatic collector of the chiller.On the basis of following the design principle,the hanging and cantilever bulk material collecting trolley was designed and the 3D model was established respectively by Solidworks software.Secondly,using the ADAMS software,the kinematics simulation was carried out respectively,and the changing states of velocity,acceleration and contact force were obtained respectively.The simulation results were used to analyze the stability of the suspension and cantilever bulk collection trolley.And then use ANSYS Workbench software respectively on the suspension and cantilever car main force components static structure analysis to check its strength.Finally,the results of the comprehensive kinematics and statics analysis,and decided to adopt suspended bulk materials to collect the car after consultation with the enterprise.According to the actual conditions of the material produced by the ring cooler,the signal of the load cell of the car is taken as the core control signal to develop a set of automatic processing self-learning intelligent control system for the chiller.Through the trolley load cell to obtain a single discharge per double discharge valve,according to the system to record the last unloading time interval calculated for each double discharge valve accumulate the average velocity of bulk materials,and double The size of the discharge valve to determine the size of each double discharge valve next discharge interval.According to the amount of material discharged from the trolley unit,the discharge of the double-deck discharge valve can be judged whether the discharge is over or not.In addition,the signal from the load cell can be used to determine if the car is full and discharged.After on-site installation,commissioning and operation,the device has basically reached the predetermined target.The development of this device has an important reference value for the automatic processing of the circulating cooling machine bulk material.
