Custom Cabinet Furniture Lighting Design

The appearance and application of illumination in cabinet furniture provides users with basic lighting,which has rendered home atmosphere,enhances the convenience of the items,increasing more scenario and personalization.However,there are many problems in the lighting design of customized cabinet furniture,which need to be further studied and improved.This paper takes the cabinet furniture and its lighting system as the research object,and studies the design of the cabinet furniture lighting by using the methods of investigation and analysis,induction deduction and so on.It is divided into four parts as follows:(1)First of all,through the investigation,this paper expounds the current situation of the lighting design in the cabinet furniture,and finds that there are some problems in the lighting design of the cabinet furniture,such as uneven light,local lighting is too bright or too dark,inappropriate light location and layout,not considering the rationality of the cabinet and lamps,and the technical operation of punching and slotting in the panel during the installation of the lighting lamps in the cabinet for the manufacturing and installation of cabinet.(2)Taking the lighting lamps in the cabinet as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the form of lighting source,power connection and control mode,working principle,product type,structure and installation technology of lamps,and concludes that there are three kinds of lamps commonly used in cabinet furniture,i.e.spot light source,line light source and surface light source,and their installation methods in the cabinet are open installation and embedded(concealed installation).Through the analysis of the structure of lamps Different types of lamps and lanterns,because of their different structures,affect the installation technology in the cabinet,and the manufacturing and processing technology of the cabinet itself.(3)Through the above analysis,it is pointed out that the relationship between the light and the cabinet should be analyzed from the four elements of "Users-Furnitures-Goods-Lightings ".According to the functional differences of cabinet furniture used as storage or decoration,combined with the different postures of users when using cabinet furniture,the types of lamps and lanterns,installation positions and installation requirements for different cabinets are analyzed.(4)Finally,the paper analyzes the manufacturing and installation process of cabinet furniture based on lighting,and points out some problems,such as the low accuracy of manual drilling holes,the coincidence of the slot on the side of the panel and the 32mm system hole of the panel furniture,the complex and difficult processing process of the slot,and the cumbersome product installation process.The method of changing the way of slotting and backline crossing on the side board to the side line connection is proposed.The feasibility and the advanced method of the realization method are verified by the process design and production practice.It provides new methods and new ideas for the installation of lamps,the development of hidden line,routing and cabinet manufacturing and installation technology of customized cabinet furniture lighting design.
