At present,the production of schering bottles filling has realized full-automatization processing.However,the automation level of schering bottles automatic feeding is low after schering bottles filling operation.Traditionally,schering bottles filling are mainly rely on manual operation,which caused secondary pollution problems during production and its efficiency is very low.In order to solve the above problems,a kind of schering bottles automatic feeding machine is designed in this paper.The main researches of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the actual investigation of the enterprise on schering bottles filling machine,a new feeding design scheme is proposed through combing of the manipulator negative pressure method and the cam splitter baffle method.The main components of the automatic feeding machine are designed and the working principle is described.The overall design working process of the automatic feeding machine designed includes four key links: the control of the manipulator,the feeding control of the conveyor belt,the turning of the cam divider and the transmission of the baffle belt.Among them,belt transmission mechanism adopts synchronous tooth shape belt transmission,which does not only guarantee the movement precision of the automatic feeding machine,but also can ease the vibration to avoid overload working for the feeding machine.Secondly,According to the information description of the manipulator's position and attitude,a kinematics mathematical modeling of the feeding machine is proposed with the D-H modeling method.Then,the kinematics equation and its inverse kinematics is deduced.The correctness of solution to inverse kinematics is verified with the algebra method.Besides,the trajectory equation of each joint is solved by cubic interpolation method,and the motion path of the manipulator is optimized.Finally,the kinematic analysis is simulated by ADAMS software for the virtual prototype of the manipulator,and the angular velocity,angular acceleration and end displacement trajectory of each joint are solved.The correctness of the planning trajectory is verified by the theoretical calculation and simulated analysis,which provides a guidance for the design and manufacturing of the machine.The FEM and the topology optimization technology are carried out by the ANSYS software to analyze and optimize the key structures of the manipulator's arm in order to reduce further the energy loss of the feeding machine and improve its working efficiency.In summary,the designed schering bottle automatic feeding machine has the advantage of being simple in structure,easy to operate,and can achieve the automatic feeding schering without manual operation.The designed machine does not only to prevent the second artificial pollution,but also improve the automation and integration level of schering bottles automatic feeding,which provides an instruction for the relevant technical research in the future.
