At present,a great many shoe-material vulcanizing machines in shoe-material enterprises are fed and blanked by two men's cooperation.The high temperature of the vulcanizing machine,the big size of the shoe material lead to stressful work and low efficiency.Entrusted by the company,I have designed an automatic structure for feeding and blanking to guarantee its quality and improve its efficiency,aiming to solve the problem of over-dependence on men's labor.After repeatedly comparing different schemes,we finally come to a better one,whose main part of feeding and blanking equipment adopt cantilever manipulator.Vacuum absorption is applied in the feeding part while the blanking part adopts reed type scraper with roller conveyor.The design for the structure includes two parts,namely mechanics and electricity,the former of which becomes the main focus in my essay.The main design includes pictures for feeding and balnking structures,lists of all parts,and the feasibility of the design has been proved.The main difficulty existing during the whole process involves how to spray release agent evenly and how to get shoe semi-finished products,whose size is 1m*1m,from the vulcanizing machines.After joint efforts and research,as well as imitation,theory-proving,the above two problems have been handled.The success of the research lays the foundation for making it possible for the shoe vulcanzing machines to operate automatically.Obviously,the design has greatly improved efficency.After it's applied,the whole valcanizing process takes only 2 minutes instead of 6.5 in the past,meanwhile,demanding less labor.There is no doubt that the deisign can bring considerable profits.Thus,it's worth spreading.
