With the high development of modernization, the amount of petroleum is increased, the yield of petrochemical sludge is also increased. These lead to three major problems:(1)the detoxification processing of petrochemical sludge;(2)the reduction of petrochemical sludge;(3)the recycling treatment of petrochemical sludgeOn the one hand, the high content of asphaltene in the petrochemical sludge has a great of effects on the viscosity of petrochemical sludge, which makes it very hard to combustion directly;on the other hand, the content of petroleum that the boiling point is about 100?-600? in the petrochemical sludge is very high,it is difficult for the petrochemical sludge to make up the shortage of petroleum without the recycle of crude oil.The experiment process can be divided into two steps:(1)the pretreatment of petrochemical sludge, three different organic solvents were used to recycle the crude oil from petrochemical sludge and research the process conditions for the Thermogravimetric analysis of crude oil.(2)co-combustion,residual petrochemical sludge and municipal sludge were mixed with different weight percentages.Thermal gravimetric analysis was used to analyze the combustion characteristics and to select the optimum combustion conditions.Pretreatment of petrochemical sludge, using three kinds of organic solvents, like chloroform, ethyl acetate and 1,2-dichloroethane,to recycle the crude oil from petrochemical sludge. And then to explore the effect of mixing ratio, mixing temperature and mixing time on the recovery of crude oil.The following conclusions were obtained.(1)The recovery of crude oil was more than 50% using these three kinds of organic solvents.(2)We could find that with the increasing of mass ratio, the content of crude oil in the remaining phase was decreasing, and then in a state of constant by analyzing the effect of mixing ratio.(3)By studying the effects of temperature on the recovery of crude oil from petrochemical sludge,we found that in the initial stage, the recovery of crude oil was increased along with the increase of temperature. But when the temperature reached a certain value, the recovery of crude oil began to decline.(4)The purpose of mixing time was to let the petrochemical sludge get fully in touch with organic solvents to improve the recovery of crude oil from petrochemical sludge.Through experiments we found that with the increase of mixing time, the recovery of crude oil was increased. When the mixing time attained a certain value, the curves of recovery of crude oil tended to be gentle.Co-combustion,the residual petrochemical sludge was mixed with municipal sludge in different weight percentages, and then the combustion characteristics of mixture samples were analyzed by using the thermal gravimetric analysis. The following conclusions were obtained.(1)The devolatilization characteristics of mixture samples was increased with the increase of content of municipal sludge in the mixture samples.(2)The ignition temperature of mixture samples reduced along with the increase of content of municipal sludge in the mixture samples. The flammability index of mixture samples was increased along with the increase of proportion of municipal sludge in the mixture samples.(3)The burn-out characteristic index of mixture samples were reduced with the increase of content of municipal sludge in the mixture samples.(4)The comprehensive combustion index of mixture samples increased with the increase of content of municipal sludge in the mixture samples.
