With the development of society,people's clothing fit,comfort requirements are getting higher and higher,clothing is "people-oriented",the size of the human body data for the study of clothing structure to provide accurate scientific basis for human body research is the clothing structure of the study Based on the three-dimensional human body scan to obtain the human body buttocks detailed database,by SPSS analysis and cross-sectional image overlay simulation of the buttocks body shape characteristics,through the classification of the structure of the composite structure of the impact.A total of 227 young women aged 18-25 years in Wuhan area were randomly selected as the samples.The data of the waist and hip of the human body were obtained by the combination of the three-dimensional body scanner and the manual measurement.The 23 parameters of the waist and hip were selected,Using SPSS software to carry on the scientific statistical analysis to the index parameter,firstly,prepares the collected data,eliminates the abnormal value 5,finally retains 222 sample data,establishes the human waist hip data file.Secondly,the data were analyzed by mathematical statistics.SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation data,and the correlation between the data of the waist and hip was obtained.Then,the data of the waist thickness and waist width were randomly selected.,It is found that there is a significant correlation between the two factors,indicating that the correlation can not be directly used for classification,so the subject of the KMO test data to verify the results KMO 0.799 can be factor analysis,through the orthogonal rotation method And finally extract the five factors related to the waist and hip.which is divided into A,B,C,D and E,and the two types of A and E only account for2% of the total amount of the sample.4%,the sample size is too small,can not be subdivided,so this subject using K-means clustering method B,C,D 3 class clustered into 15 categories,due to a range of range,can be combined into a Class,the final,the waist will be subdivided into six categories.Finally,on the basis of the classification of the waist and hip,combined with the characteristics of oblique skirt and trousers,the related factors affecting the appearance of oblique skirt were studied,and the best oblique skirt wearing effect was obtained.Key factors,through the local adjustment pants version of the type,the final realization of fit pants version optimization.
