With the development of economic globalization,refining enterprises need to respond more quickly to crude oil and refined oil market to grasp the market opportunities;and with the environmental policy of refined oil requirements increasingly stringent,the refinery survival of the larger challenge.In this the background that challenge and opportunities coexist,use chemical process system engineering methodology to optimize production planning is even more urgent.Delayed coking is an important means of refinery processing heavy raw material oil.With the advantages of mature technology,strong adaptability of raw materials and low investment,the status of delayed coking in refinery is becoming more and more important.Early refinery production planning rely on the experience of production planning staff,which is a process of step-by-step optimization,often missed the opportunity benefits,the development process of planning need a lot of time and manpower,but it is difficult to obtain the global optimum solution.Besides,in this process,production planning and process units is divorced,resulting in the production planning is often difficult to implement.In this paper,refinery production planning and delayed coking unit are studied respectively,then in order to improve the accuracy of production planning,the integrated optimization problem is considered.The main research content and innovation,including the following three aspects:(1)Production planning research: Establish a MILP production planning model to guide refinery to optimize the production planning,then explain the production planning model with a example,proves that this model can effectively improve the profit of the refinery by the optimization of crude oil selection,process topology and product structure.(2)Delayed coking unit research: Introduce the process of delaying coking unit and the commonly used process simulation software.Then build a model of coking reaction by Petro-SIM,to analyze the influence of reaction operating parameters such as cycle ratio,furnace outlet temperature on the product distribution,in order to guide practial production.Build a model of separation part by Aspen Plus,to analyze the effects of heat recovery on the product quality,and the factors influencing the content of C3 in the dry gas.(3)Integrated optimization of production planning and delayed coking unit: Based on the rigorous mechanistic model of the delayed coking unit,yield correction coefficients and mass transfer coefficient in the production planning model are regressed.Then the integrated optimization strategy between the production planning and delayed coking unit is proposed,a case study proves that by combining the production planning with the delayed coking unit simulation,the result show that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of the production planning.
