In recent years,the national cotton market management confusion,seriously exceed the standard purchased cotton fibers,greatly influenced the quality of cotton textile products,which also affected the cotton industry in China's domestic and international reputation,the cotton textile exports have been great resistance.Foreign equipment to remove the fiber is expensive,and the detection effect is not ideal,although some domestic enterprises have launched products,but the effect is not good.Therefore,development of the cotton fibre automatic detection system to improve the primary cotton processing technology,improve the quality of the finished cotton fabrics,has a very practical and important meaning to reduce the product cost,but also has a very good market value and development prospects.This paper introduces the research background and the development of foreign fiber sorting system,put forward the foreign fiber sorting algorithm based on computer image processing technology,and the realization of the algorithm are analyzed and studied deeply,through rigorous argumentation and analysis,established the mathematical model of image processing,three-dimensional color the mathematical model of cotton in space,by using the method of characteristic analysis and induction type,puts forward general anisotropic fiber dual threshold algorithm for nonlinear and small impurity image processing algorithm based on differential combination,improve the efficiency of image processing,ensure the system according to the collected image data can be judged quickly and accurately.Achieved a breakthrough in the detection of two small impurities such as white polypropylene filament and hair.For the implementation of the hardware and software part is reasonable to set up the hardware platform,especially to solve the nonlinear problem of the camera and the light in the choice,through a lot of experiments to get a better input signal,so that the adverse factors caused by the hardware system to a minimum.The software system is the use of Visual C++6.0 software,acquisition card,CCD camera,C8051F340 based microcontroller hardware on the image,give full play to the advantages of machine vision technique,realizes the on-line,different cotton fiber real-time,high accuracy,non-contact and fast detection of dynamic sorting.It embodies many advantages of machine vision technology as a hot field in modern science and technology.Finally,it is proved that the system has the characteristics of fast detection speed and high sorting rate.The system fully meets the requirements of industrial inspection.Through the research of this paper,we develop and develop an online real-time sorting system for cotton fiber with independent intellectual property rights,and make it an industrial machine vision on-line detection equipment.
