Flameproof diesel engine is widely used in underground and other places,due to the limitations of the workplace,they must meet the safety requirements of underground explosion.Exhaust gas treatment tank is an important part of the explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust system,he engine exhaust gas flow through the water jacket exhaust pipe into the exhaust gas treatment tank,exhaust gas purification to achieve emission reduction effect through the internal liquid cooling water.Flameproof disel engine can also play a role in cooling the exhaust temperature to meet mine safety requirements;at the same time,exhaust gas treatment as a case explosion-proof explosion-proof diesel engine parts,have an impact on the engine power,economy and emission characteristics.This article study mainly from the three aspects of research on exhaust gas treatment tank.The first is to do bench tests of the TDE4100 QFB explosion-proof diesel engine,figure the influence of exhaust gas treatment tank for explosion-proof diesel engine power,economy and emission characteristics.The second aspect is to puts forward the flow characteristics of the exhaust gas treatment box simulation analysis based on the test phenomenon.The third aspect is to presents the cooling characteristics of the gas treatment tank's disposal tank main function.Through the experimental and simulation method,the paper makes a comprehensive research and analysis of the exhaust gas treatment tank.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Build explosion-proof diesel engine test bench,design the exhaust gas treatment tank test method and test,analysis of test data,explore the impact of exhaust gas treatment tank on the exhaust gas temperature and exhaust components and engine performance.(2)Analysis of exhaust gas treatment tank structure and working principle of this waste gas treatment box for knowledge and heat flow theory,two-dimensional and three-dimensional modeling of the exhaust gas treatment tank,and compare the different gas treatment tank structure and working principle of the similarities and differences.(3)Combined with the explosion-proof diesel engine test data,according to the waste gas treatment tank flow characteristics and temperature characteristics are established geometric model,determine the FLUENT multiphase flow model and boundary condition,the initial height of the water tank for waste gas treatment and other issues in setting.(4)By FLUENT study on the waste gas treatment tank flow characteristics by numerical simulation,effects of different entrance velocities and different initial water height on the flow characteristics,simulation results and experimental phenomena of exhaust gas treatment tank structure based on the improved scheme,and the original gas processing tank comparative analysis of simulation under the same conditions.(5)The cooling characteristics of waste gas treatment tank in the FLUENT simulation software to calculate,that waste gas treatment tank of exhaust gas,water vapor distribution,and the distribution of the temperature in the tank,and put forward the improvement scheme for comparative analysis.
