As the ship in possession continues to climb up,the problem of Marine engine emission control obtains more and more attention.In recent years,the ship design institute,Engine makers,after treatment system research company are putting more effort on the field of SCR technology research and development.Compared to vehicle systems,although Marine Urea-SCR system have more simple after treatment technical route,but it's after treatment system needs to achieve high emission performance indicators with low back pressure limit,these often need to overcome difficulties caused by lower exhaust temperature.3D calculation model of Urea-SCR system is established in this paper model,and then establish the functional relationship between the system back pressure and uniformity based on the orthogonal experiment design and optimization design theory,clear about the optimization method of the evaluation index by the way.And ammonia distribution uniformity test for the first time in domestic large Marine engine after-treatment system industry.After comparing the results of the Fluent simulate software,orthogonal design of experiment fitting results and experimental results,the result shows Fluent software simulation results has high degree with the experimental index,the orthogonal experiment fitting formula calculation results have a bit error with test results,but can be used as the test method for optimal design of CFD.
