| The shearer’s rocker arm is one of the important devices of cutting and coaling during the whole mining process.Due to the complex work environment,the non-linearity of impact load will delivered to rocker arm directly.Eventually,vibration and noise were caused.The severe vibration will affect it’s working performance and life,accelerating the damage of the rocker arm.So vibration state detection of rocker arm is necessary.That is to say,choosing reasonable and effective the locations on rocker arm shell,the vibration signals in the rocker arm collects by sensors on the rocker arm shell.So based on the analysis of vibration power flow transmission characteristics,the location of the sensor installation location optimizes.Finally,the scheme of rational distribution of sensors is presented.The project was funded by the national natural fund’s shanxi coal base low carbon joint fund,The rocker arm of the MGTY750/1800-3.3D is the research background,Using 3D digital product design software UG to establish 3D solid model of the transmission system and shell of rocker arm.The transmission system of rocker arm does dynamics analysis.The simulation conclusion gets the situation of gear meshing force under the constant loading.Then,based on the rocker arm shell modal analysis,the rocker arm shell is used to the transient dynamics analysis by ANSYS software of simulation.Finally,the vibration response of the shell surface of the key positions was got.In the transmission system of Shearer rocker arm,the vibration produced by gear meshing transmission is passed on to the shell through support shaft and bearing.This causes vibration of the rocker arm shell.Based on the gear transmission system of gear,shaft,bearing mechanism of vibration analysis.According to the theory of Power flow,the transfer characteristics of rocker arm’s vibration energy will be analyzed.Studies have shown that the all vibration energy of the gear mesh almost transmitted to the rocker arm shell as power flow method.The sensors in the shell are used to signal the vibration of the rocker.This topic is expounded the optimal placement of the sensor.Finally,Based on the principle of modal confidence determines the optimal objective function.By using the method of gradual accumulation,the rocker strategy of optimal placement of the sensor was got.Ultimately,through the load experiment of rocker arm,the optimization results are verified. |
