More than 70% of our electricity from coal-fired power plants,coal-fired power plants each year to consume 3 billion tons of coal,due to the huge base,leading to its flue gas emissions become one of the important factors affecting the quality of the environment to the power plant smoke Gas emissions put forward higher requirements.The sulfur content in the flue gas from coal-fired power plants is an important indicator of whether the flue gas emissions in the power plant are up and down.This index is related to the many factors such as desulfurization method,load,coal sulfur content and control,and is often negatively correlated with the cost of electricity The DesulpHurization system control is an effective means to effectively control the cost,meet the discharge standards,improve the efficiency of desulfurization.Limestone-gypsum is one of the commonly used desulpHurization methods in coal-fired power plants.The results show that the pH value of the slurry directly affects the desulfurization efficiency of the system in the limestone-gypsum desulfurization system.It is an importantparameter in the limestone-gypsum desulfurization system.The pH value of the slurry can be used as the main factor to measure the flue gas desulfurization system.Control parameters.The analysis of the model and the actual operation shows that the pH value of the slurry is affected by load,combustion,coal sulfur content,and so on,and these effects are nonlinear and strong coupling with each other.It is difficult to adopt the traditional single loop PID High desulfurization efficiency.In this paper,the fuzzy immune PID control algorithm is used to control the simulation.The simulation results show that the method can be used to control the desulfurization efficiency of the whole coal.Traditional PID in the load changes,the import of flue gas and other conditions have a better control effect.On the basis of the simulation analysis,the research group programmed and configured the program on the sympHony of ABB,and the BRC300 was commissioned in the desulfurization system of a power plant in Shanxi.After repeated debugging,setting,the system is running stable,sulfur content of flue gas to meet environmental requirements.
