For a long time,China's coal as the most basic energy in total energy consumption accounted for about 70%,the absolute consumption is still increasing.However,the phenomenon of coal spontaneous combustion is present in about 56% of state-owned key coal mine in China,threatening the safety of the workers,hindering the coal mine production efficiency increase,seriously affecting the safety of coal production.Therefore,it is necessary to do some research on the phenomenon of coal spontaneous combustion,early detection of signs of spontaneous combustion of coal is good for predicting timely for mine workers' life safety,improving the efficiency of coal mine safety production.In this paper,we fully understand the importance of coal spontaneous combustion and coal spontaneous combustion prediction,firstly attempt to predict the dynamic matter-element analysis method is applied to the coalspontaneous combustion.Firstly,the research status of coal spontaneous combustion mechanism,the existing methods of coal spontaneous combustion prediction and the application of matter element theory are summarized and analyzed.On the basis of studying the theory of matter element analysis,this paper discusses the basic concepts of matter-element,the methods to deal with the data and the general steps of constructing matter-element model.Based on the analysis of the experimental data of temperature rising in the 23509 working face of Xishan coal mine,the prediction system of CO2,O2,CO,CH4 and the corresponding classical domain and section of coal spontaneous combustion dynamic prediction model are obtained.In the construction of the dynamic prediction model of coal spontaneous combustion,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight value of the index.Through the introduction and study of MATLAB,the realization of complex computing process based on MATLAB in the matter element model of coal spontaneous combustion dynamic prediction is completed.In practical application,the real-time observation data using Xishan Guandi Coal Mine 23509 working face goaf is analyzed,then compared with the actual situation,and achieved good results,proved the feasibility of the method in the prediction of spontaneous combustion of coal mine.Because of the complexity of coal spontaneous combustion process,comprehensive prediction of coal spontaneous combustion prediction systemby using the single index,comprehensive index method to establish the index gases,as far as possible factors in consideration of the influence of comprehensive prediction of coal spontaneous combustion,the coal spontaneous combustion based on matter element analysis method to establish the dynamic pre testing model is more scientific and reliable forecast results.It is proved that the matter element analysis method is scientific and practical in the prediction of spontaneous combustion of coal,and provides a new idea and method for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion.
