Mine coal spontaneous combustion is one of the five major disasters in coal mines.In recent years,with the progress of science and technology and the upgrading of equipment,the accidents caused by coal spontaneous combustion have been reduced year by year,but the situation of coal fire prevention in my country is still grim.The spontaneous combustion of coal not only causes direct losses,but also easily causes gas coal dust and other accidents in the small underground space.Therefore,pre-warning coal spontaneous combustion and making timely and correct decisions regarding the prevention and treatment of coal spontaneous combustion are of great significance to mine safety and the safety of miners.This paper takes the No.6 main coal seam in Junggar Banner-Tangjiahui Mining Area in Inner Mongolia as the research object,and establishes the early warning system for coal spontaneous combustion in Tangjiahui Coal Mine to provide guidance for the fire prevention and extinguishing work of No.6 coal seam in Tangjiahui Mine and other coal seams after mining.In this paper,through experimental analysis and field tests,the research on the division and classification early warning system of coal spontaneous combustion in the Tangjiahui mining area was carried out.According to the characteristic temperature of coal spontaneous combustion,thermogravimetric analysis,coal spontaneous combustion temperature-programming experiment and large coal spontaneous combustion experiment were used.Thro ugh TG/DTG analysis,eight characteristic temperature ranges were determined,the whole process of coal spontaneous combustion was divided into five stages,and the influence of oxygen concentration on coal combustion characteristics and thermodynamic characteristics was analyzed.Using the coal spontaneous combustion program temperature increase experiment to program the coal sample to program the gas,the analysis of the CO,C2H6,C2H4,C2H2 and other gases under different oxygen concentrations,the alkane ratio,the alkane ratio and the change law of the Grignard coefficient have obtained the critical,dry cracking,fission and Increase the four characteristic temperatures.The coal spontaneous ignition experiment system was used to test the low-temperature stage of the natural ignition process of the coal samples in the Tangjiahui mine.It was found that the high-temperature point moved from the middle of the coal seam with good heat storage conditions to the position of loose coal quality and sufficient air volume,and gas desorption,Four characteristic temperatures of critical,dry crack and fission.Combined with the above experimental process,the process of coal pre-ignition is divided into fine stages through the characteristic temperature points to determine the temperature range of each stage and the characterization parameters mainly based on the format coefficient R2,supplemented by other index gases.Four grades of early warning of yellow,orange,and red,established a graded early warning system of coal spontaneous combustion in Tangjiahui mine,and established a method of graded early warning of coal spontaneous combustion.At the same time,the field test of the initial mining,normal recovery and harvesting process of 61102 working face in Tangjiahui Mine was carried out,which realized the connection between the experiment and the field,and verified its feasibility and accuracy.
