The project post-evaluation,as the last stage of project management,is an important means of checking the project implementation when it put into production.Oil development project on the offshore has a character of high cost, complicated content and high risk. Therefore it is much more important to carry out the project post-evaluation so as to find the problem of the project management in time and summarize the successful experience, which is an inevitable demand to improve the project management level, reduce the risk and increase the efficiency for this project and the similar projects. This paper,on the basis of the theoretical research, with the main research object of the incremental development project of A oilfield constructs a model of evaluation system, which includes the evaluation content, the evaluation model. The evaluation content includes preliminary work post evaluation, the process evaluation, economic efficiency evaluation, environmental impact and sustainability evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation and so on.The model, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to determine the weight of each index at all level. This project was evaluated by applying the fuzzy comprehensive post evaluation method. In the paper, the incremental development project of A oilfield was evaluated through conducting a comprehensive evaluation model, finding the existing problem on the project management and summarizing the successful experiment. The improvement measures and suggestions were put forward. This paper has an effective reference value for A oilfield continuous development and the similar projects.
