As the chemical plant has flammable and explosive,dangerous,high security level features,the process requires reliable power supply,etc.,in the design of electrification of such factories,it is necessary to meet both the general requirements and the special requirements,to make appropriate adjustments and to get the goals of fine design and optimized design.The electrical design of the plant mainly includes: power distribution system,lighting system,process equipment,power distribution and control system,fire alarm system,lightning protection grounding system.This paper will adopt a more reasonable optimized program from both power supply and electrical energy saving.Reliable power supply is the first goal of the designer.The power distribution system design,can not be separated from the load level division.To clear out which ones belongs to one load,two load,three load,and to make different power supply form the corresponding load,to use a different power supply are needed.With the continuous development of science and technology,electrical equipment and manufacturing technology level is also increasing,more and more reliable demand for power supply is getting higher and higher.Most enterprises in the face of security and cost,are more inclined to safe and reliable.Chemical enterprises are particularly concerned about the safety,not only require continuous operation of the equipment power supply is reliable,but also the use of higher power requirements on the fire equipment.This paper starts from the common electrical construction drawing in practice,lists several common design schemes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the original power distribution system of a chemical plant,carries on the load grouping to the shortcomings of the original system,puts forward the optimized designTo save electrical energy and improve the use of centrifuge equipment,the inverter DC bus and feedback unit parallel program are used.By comparing the numbers of centrifuge failures of the inverter DC bus in parallel before and after,we can see that the program reduces the number of failures.Production efficiency has been improved.Through comparison of the power tests before and after the feedback unit parallel,the inverter in the centrifuge brake time reduces the harmonic pollution and voltage and current waveforms become better,the power quality has been improved.
