Study On The Application Of Electrostatic Precipitator In The Kelp

The marine product industry is one of the very important industries of our country, and the kelp is one of the very important products in marine product. However, the kelp and other marine products are mostly cultivated openly in the course of cultivating, will unavoidably are sneaked into a lot of impurity which is very difficult to get rid of with the routine method such as hair, fiber etc. To solve the difficult problem, the author designs a kind of equipment with principle of electrostatic precipitators of getting rid of the impurity in the kelp.The principle of electrostatic precipitators, various kinds of regulated power supply and Wgh voltage power of electrostatic precipitators are brief introduced. The design divides into regulated power supply by SCR, series feedback regulated power supply, which is good stability but low efficiency and greatly consume energy, and high frequency switching power supply, which is high efficiency but narrow voltage range. It creates 20kV~40kV DC regulated power supply. The design of this device has well overcome the shortcoming of each other, and has given play to one's own advantages. The high frequency switch circuit taking IGBT as main switch component are driven by the special purpose driver EXB840 controlled by TL494. Regulated power supply by SCR can reduce the consume energy of transistor and make the voltage between C and E of transistor keep invariable. The output of the high voltage power adopts voltage doubter circuit, which possesses the adaptive capacity to the environment and reduce the volume of the power and the bearing value of the transformer. Transmit bringing of the kelp and sticky tapes are pulled by frequency changer speed control system of AC motor. Thesis design double over current protection, make the system safer and more reliable, preventing from the accident happening of high voltage touched. Output of power supply has output voltage show circuit and output current show circuit.The system innovative is made up of three regulated power supply forming the power supply of electrostatic precipitator. Regard this power as core design a device. It has theadvantage of small volume, high efficiency, highly reliable which ideal settles the difficult problem of getting rid of hair, fiber impurity in the kelp. The whole system controls flexibly and runs safely and reliably. It can justify its being used widely.
