The reliability of product is constrained by the design,manufacture and management process.Good design can not completely guarantee the inherent reliability of products increases.The good design scheme can not guarantee the inherent reliability of the product completely,and must be managed and guaranteed for the reliability of the manufacturing process.So far,the reliability of CNC machine tools has focused on reliability design,reliability testing and reliability assessment,while the manufacturing process reliability of the protection technology research is insufficient.It is different from the reliability design process,the reliability of CNC machine tool manufacturing process exists many factors,involving the various stages of the manufacturing process and the manufacturing process of personnel,machinery and equipment,materials,methods,environment and measurement and other aspects.If there is no guarantee for manufacturing process,the reliability of CNC machine tools is difficult to be improved.So it is important that the study of manufacturing process reliability protection technology can improve the reliability of CNC machine.This paper main researches the manufacturing process of key components of CNC machine tools,and analyzes the reliability factors influencing the manufacturing process of key components of CNC machine tools.Then constructs the reliability evaluation index system for manufacturing key parts of CNC machine tools.To create an effective manufacturing process reliability evaluation system,which can guarantee the reliability of CNC machine tool manufacturing process,this paper has been improved the fuzzy material element evaluation method.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the research status and research hotspots and difficulties of the reliability evaluation of CNC machine tool manufacturing.Then summarizes the reliability evaluation index system and evaluation method of the manufacturing process,and puts forward the problems and significance of this paper.Secondly,in view of the processing stage,the assembly stage,the testing stage of the CNC machine tool manufacturing process and the reliability factors of the manufacturing process,this paper establishes the reliability evaluation index system for the manufacturing process of the critical parts of the CNC machine tool.Therefore,the reliability of the manufacturing process is evaluated by using the fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation method,and the weight of the index is optimized by using the fuzzy and sub-analysis method combined with the entropy method.Then this paper analyzes the reliability of the manufacturing process.Finally,this paper analyzes the manufacturing process of the ball screw of key CNC machine tools,and obtains the reliability evaluation results of the ball screw manufacturing process.Then analyzes the reliability level of the ball screw in the manufacturing process.
