| Chemical enterprises play an important role in the national economy.Due to the unreasonable energy consumption structure and backward production process,the chemical industry has a large amount of energy consumption and low energy utilization rate.In order to tap the energy-saving potential of chemical enterprises,reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency,it is necessary to evaluate the energy-saving of chemical enterprises,providing basis for the energy-saving renovation and energy-saving management of chemical enterprises,and promoting the energy-saving and emission reduction of enterprises.Based on the analysis of characteristics of chemical enterprises,the fuzzy matter-element method was applied to the energy-saving evaluation of chemical enterprises.By using the variation coefficient method to determine the weight of each evaluation index,the Hamming approach degree fuzzy approach matrix was constructed to evaluate the energy-saving effect of enterprises.The implementation steps of energy-saving evaluation method based on fuzzy matter-element chemical enterprise were determined.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of energy consumption of chemical enterprises,following the principles of scientificity,independence,quantification and comprehensive systematization,an energy-saving evaluation index system of chemical enterprises was established,which includes four levels of technology,economy,management and social benefits,including 15 indexes such as energy consumption per unit product,energy-saving input,energy-saving management system and pollutant discharge,laying the foundation for the energy-saving evaluation of chemical enterprises.The fuzzy matter-element method was used to evaluate the energy-saving of synthetic ammonia enterprises,and the fuzzy matter-element optimization method was used to verify the reliability of the evaluation results of the fuzzy matter-element method.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the large energy consumption of chemical enterprises,the energy-saving management system of chemical enterprises was established,and the measures and approaches for energy saving of chemical enterprises were determined.The fuzzy matter-element energy-saving evaluation method adopted in this paper,the established energy-saving evaluation index system,the constructed energy-saving management system,and the proposed energy-saving measures and approaches for chemical enterprises had important reference for energy-saving design,energy-saving renovation and operation management energy-saving of chemical enterprises,which can provide decision support for energy-saving and emissions reduction of enterprises. |
