Research On The Construction Of Environmental Informatization In Anxi County From The Perspective Of E-Government

With the increasingly serious environmental problems,based on the opportunity of information technology development,it has become the inevitable requirement of environmental protection work to actively explore the use of information technology such as network technology and communication technology,and push forward the environmental informatization construction and application.In order to change the traditional regulatory approach,further improve the ability of environmental supervision and management,the environmental protection departments constantly push forward the construction of environmental informatization with the help of information theory and technology.On the basis of the huge pressure that environmental protection departments at the grass-roots level meet in the actual supervision work,this thesis give a discussion for the benefit of the environmental informatization construction towards environmental protection departments at the grass-roots level.Based on the construction of environmental informatization in Anxi County as the research object,this paper surveys and studies the construction of environmental informatization in Anxi County,and analyzes the achieved results of environmental informatization construction which focused on the County Environmental Protection Agency.Through the theory of E-government,digital governance and environmental information system,it analyzes the present situation of environmental informatization construction in Anxi County is backward management system and approach,unshared department information,deficient infrastructure and behindhand information security measures.Discussing the deep reason for the present situation is lack of effective supervision and evaluation,functional department block division,underinvestment and lack of information security awareness.Drawing on advanced experience both at home and abroad,it puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion to further improve the construction of environmental informatization in Anxi County.What's more,it puts emphasis on the way such as improve the institution of environmental informationization construction,build the information resource sharing mechanism,increase investment and personnel construction,and build multiple information security measures that should be taken to promote the construction of environmental informatization in Anxi County.
