| Blueberries are ericaceous vaccinium wild deciduous shrub with high economic valuable and great potential for development.In the Changbai Mountain,Mountains and Xiaoxing’anling of China growth areas have a wide range of blueberry bushes.Currently,the wild blueberry is mainly used for processing blueberry juice concentrate,blueberry wine,fruit juice,jam,canned,fructose,dried fruit and baked goods to add material development and production.The new product development work for blueberries has been carried out,however,compared with foreign countries,the size and grade are far from enough,and even a lot of points still in the gaps,especially the research on the biological activity of wild blueberry anthocyanins are relatively backward.Consider the development of Chinese wild blueberry and compared with the study of wild blueberry by foreign countries,this paper draws Wuxian Li teacher’s study for blueberry anthocyanins efficient extraction,targeted researched the antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor of Chinese wild blueberry anthocyanins.The first section summarizes the research status of blueberry anthocyanins,conclude its extraction,purification and various aspects of biological activity,However,studies on the anti-cell lung cancer has not been found to have a detailed research report.To further explore the functional characteristics of Chinese wild blueberry,the study draws on methods from Wuxian Li teacher’s research,anthocyanins were used to study the various of biological activity which extract from Chines wild blueberry and purified by macroporous resin XAD-7.The second part was aimed to evaluation activities of antioxidant in vitro with superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide radical scavenging,mice in vivo antiinflammatory with mice swollen foot swollen ear inflammatory model and anti-tumor activity in vitro by AlamarBlue method.The results showed that Chinese wild blueberry antioxidant capacity significantly with a positive correlation between the concentration,at a concentration of 800 μg/mL,the superoxide anion scavenging rate was 86.86%,and at a concentration of 100 μg/m L,thehydrogen peroxide scavenging rate come to73.93%,in addition,they have good anti-inflammatory capabilities,at 100 μg/g oral dose,inhibition of ear swelling was47.04%,foot swelling inhibition in the first four hours reach a maximum;moreover,their antitumor activity is also very significant,the inhibition of K562 leukemia cell proliferation IC50 was 79.01 μg/m L.The third part was used chronic nonalcoholic liver injury model of mice to research the effect of Chinese wild blueberry and its anthocyanins on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.The results showed that the valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry is 20g/kg/day-40g/kg/day,the valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins is 0.012g/kg/day-0.024g/kg/day,and the China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins have better efffect on NAFLD than China’s wild blueberry.The fouth part was mainly used alcoholic fatty liver model of mice to research the effect of Chinese wild blueberry and its anthocyanins on alcoholic fatty liver(ALF).The results showed that the valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry is20g/kg/day-40g/kg/day,and its result was similar to China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins in 0.006g/kg/day.The valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins is 0.012g/kg/day-0.024g/kg/day,but they cannot increase the food intake and body weight of mice.The fifth part was used the chronic liver injury in mice induced by cadmium chloride to research the effect of Chinese wild blueberry anthocyanins on Cadmium chloride liver damage.The results showed that the valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins is1.0mg/kg/day-50mg/kg/day.In addition within 1.0mg/kg/day-40mg/kg/day,with the increase of blueberry anthocyanin,Cd2+ savings less in the liver,they can show the better result.The result also showed that the liver protective effect of 50mg/kg/day of China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins was similar to its 50mg/kg/day.So the effect of protecting liver has a limit value in China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins.The sixth party was chronic nonalcoholic liver injury model of mice to research the effective range of Chinese wild blueberry and its anthocyanins on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).The results showed that the weight of NAFLD mice were controlled within 5g/kg/day-60g/kg/day of Chinese wild blueberry.And they were also showed superior hepatoprotective effect,especially the 40g/kg/day of Chinese wild blueberry.However when Chinese wild blueberries in 50 g/kg/day-60g/kg/day,to compained with the mice in 40g/kg/day,the weights of mice were increase,and with the increase of the dosage,the liver protective effect was poorer.In terms of Chinese wild blueberry anthocyanins,the valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins is 4mg/kg/day-50mg/kg/day,and the China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins have better efffect on NAFLD mice when the dosage of uliginosum linn anthocyanins increased.Furthermore the liver protective effect reach the limit when the China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins was 40 mg/kg/day.Continue to add blueberry anthocyanin won’t produce further liver protective effect.Studies have shown that Chinese wild blueberry anthocyanins have a variety of biological activities.All of them have hepatoprotective effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver(NAFLD)、alcoholic fatty liver(AFL)and cadmium chloride liver injury.And the valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberries was 5 g/kg/day-60g/kg/day,the optimal recommended dosage is 40 g/kg/day.The valid hepatoprotective range of China’s wild blueberry uliginosum linn anthocyanins was 4mg/kg/day-50mg/kg/day,the optimal recommended dosage is 40mg/kg/day-50mg/kg/day.In addition,this study also has some certain deficiencies.For example,the liver toxicity of China’s wild blueberry anthocyanin was not studied.And we also do not have a good explanation on the limit theorem of hepatoprotective effect.They were all had to stay in the follow-up study to verification. |
