Blueberry, also known as bilberry. As a new world of small berries, because of its rich nutrients and much attention, was named one of the five human health food.Alcoholic liver disease(ALD)is due to long-term,a lot of alcohol caused by liver disease.ALD has been a serious threat to human health,so it is important to find an effective hangover because of the increase in the number of alcohol consumption in recent years. In this paper, blueberries were used as raw materials to establish the rat model of acute alcoholism and the model of chronic alcoholic liver injury in rats.Through the determination of the indicators to explore the role of blueberries and whether there is the effect that protect liver, and to explore its mechanism. The model rats of acute alcohol intoxication.Determination of ingesting indicators of rats and the serum content of alcohol dehydrogenase in to analyze the effects of blueberry. The results show that blueberries can reduce the number of death in rats,to extend the time of alcohol, shortening the time of rat from ingesting, mitigating the effects of alcohol on ADH activity.Blueberry dose, the better, the more obvious effect.Description of blueberry has a certain effect on easing the acute alcohol poisoning.Determine the rat chronic alcoholic liver damage model dose of blueberries in the intervention group are as follows:0.4 g/kg,0.8 g/kg,1.6 g/kg.The model rats of Chronic alcoholic liver damage.Variation in body weight of rats, the liver index,HE staining slice, serum liver enzyme and lipid metabolism related indexes, liver tissue antioxidant index to study the blueberry protection of chronic alcoholic liver damage. The results show that blueberries group rats grew well, liver index declined, the liver HE staining slices of liver cells only mild swelling, contains less fat drops;Serum AST,ALT,ALP,TC,TG content dropped significantly,HDL-C content increased significantly;Decrease the MDA content in liver tissue, and the content of SOD and GSH increased significantly.Blueberries to restore liver function, improve the antioxidant capacity, reduce the oxidative damage caused by such as free radicals, slow liver fat accumulation phenomenon at the same time, effectively prevent fat out of shape, protect liver restore normal physiological function. The model rats of Chronic alcoholic liver damage. In rat liver microsomal CYP2E1 expression,HO-1 and nf-kappa B and in serum TLR4 mRNA expression level analysis to study the blueberry mechanism of chronic alcoholic liver damage. The results show that the blueberries in rats with chronic alcoholic liver injury has certain protective effect and its mechanism may be:drop in liver microsomal CYP2E1 expression, increase the expression of liver microsomal HO-1,reduce the body caused by long-term heavy drinking oxidative stress reaction, reduce oxidative stress on the body of the damage.Cut the expression of TLR4 and NF-?B in serum, reduce the body's inflammatory immune response caused by long-term heavy drinking. From the antagonism between the two aspects above, reduce alcohol on the liver damage. To sum up,blueberries can have the effect of solution alcohol to protect liver. Its mechanism may be:(1)the blueberries can improve the activity of ADH,speed up the process of alcohol metabolism;(2)improve the antioxidant capacity of liver tissue, blueberries eliminate oxygen free radical, reduce lipid peroxidation, alleviate the fat accumulation, and control the key enzyme in the process of alcohol metabolism, lower the expression of CYP2E1,raised the expression of HO-1.(3)the blueberry improve liver function, reduce inflammation, immune response in the process of alcohol metabolism, reduce inflammation TLR4 signaling molecule, the expression of the NF-?B.
