Zhangjiamao limited liability company is a large-scale modernized mine with design capacity of 10 million tons per year.The total capacity of the coal production and transportation system is 4190 KW and the transportation distance is 4,900 meters.The coal transportation system consists of 5 tapes,which are independent of each other.Need to go through the telephone communication,and the tape has been used to reverse coal flow start,along the coal flow parking control,making the transport system there is a long start-up time,belt no-load operation,production efficiency and so on.So the original system can not meet the requirement of automatic mine construction.The coal transportation control system proposed in the project will control and supervise all kinds of parameters in transportation link and production process,so as to improve the reliability of the system and reduce the operator's Misuse,to enhance coal production efficiency.Transportation distribution system through on-site production and system functional requirements analysis,to determine the overall program,complete the tape transport system control and protection functions.System has been PLC as the main controller,through the combination of industrial Ethernet on the host computer to form a centralized monitoring system to complete the operation of various types of equipment on site and various parameters of the collection,such as temperature,coal ash,heap coal,all kinds of equipment operating status Monitoring,to provide on-site troubleshooting to provide real-time feedback.System selection AB series PLC,a total of six PLC sites,set up to industrial Ethernetbased data exchange platform to achieve the host computer and the site data exchange between PLC.On the basis of this,the software part designs the control logic of the one-key start-stop control of the coal flow,and realizes the interlocking control of the fault information sharing and the equipment according to the actual situation,designing the fault protection parking,fault stopping and then starting logical control.The establishment of the configuration screen for the host computer operating system interface to achieve the integrated operation of the system.After the implementation of the project,the tape system start-up time reduced to 30 minutes,saving 10% of the mine power,operator and field failure rate is greatly reduced,effectively improving the transport efficiency of raw coal to achieve the desired purpose.
