In the coal mine production system,the belt conveyor plays an important role in the whole system.As a kind of machinery for continuous transportation of coal mine,the belt conveyor has the advantages of long conveying distance,diverse working scenes,large transportation volume and continuous work,and the belt conveyors can work in series with each other.Therefore,the safe operation and reliability of the belt transportation system are related to the coal mine the overall efficiency of production,especially in large-scale high-yield mines,highly automated and reliable belt transportation system has become the key equipment to realize the integration of coal mine transportation.However,when the belt conveyor is transported for a long time,it often appears tearing,deviation,foreign matter and coal stacking phenomenon.The traditional belt transportation control mode has low efficiency,poor system reliability and scattered subsystems,which can not meet the requirements of coal mine safety production.The belt transportation centralized control system monitors the running speed,motor vibration,temperature and fire through various sensors;uses video monitoring system composed of different types of monitors to detect the foreign matters,personnel and coal amount in the belt transportation;at the same time,uses PLC main controller to implement various fault protection and fault alarm notification for the belt transportation failure The upper computer monitoring center can not only monitor the data of sensors and video monitoring system in real time,but also remotely notify the field personnel to remove the fault and issue control instructions through the broadcast system to remotely control the belt conveyor air system.This topic takes the Da Mo Ling coal mine as the research background,respectively from the hardware and software of the control system to design the centralized control system of the belt transportation in Da Mo Ling.In terms of hardware,this thesis uses the combination of top-down and bottom-up to organize the disordered and unconnected infrastructure in an orderly way.It mainly uses the signal acquisition,control,communication and other functions of PLC to realize the connection of things,so as to better realize the centralized control requirements of ground production system;in terms of software,the centralized control system mainly realizes the integration of hardware and software current data monitoring and control:the data monitoring can dynamically view the dynamic information of the belt transportation system;the control includes the start-up and stop control of the belt conveyor,which is divided into automatic start-up and stop,manual start-up and stop and full line start-up and stop;in addition,the control also includes the protection control,which protects the belt transportation centralized control system from failure,and the whole system realizes the remote centralized control of counter current coal start-up and forward coal flow stop.The monitoring interface of upper computer is developed by configuration software,which has the advantages of strong adaptability,simple operation and short development cycle.Through the communication protocol,PLC and configuration software can interact with each other,which can automatically and dynamically collect the running signals of belt conveyor.For abnormal signals,it can automatically alarm,realize the purpose of remote monitoring,enhance the safety and reliability of the system,and finally achieve the goal of remote monitoring Realize the unattended of belt transportation system.Compared with the existing belt transportation control system,the designed centralized control system of belt transportation in surface production of Da Mo Ling coal mine realizes the centralized control of Da Mo Ling coal mine,effectively protects and controls the belt transportation system of Da Mo Ling coal mine,and achieves the expected goal.
