In recent years,the rapid development of aluminum industry in the world,rapid growth in domestic electrolytic aluminum industry capacity while directly facing overcapacity and oversupply in the market,period of stress in aluminum prices,as well as practical problems such as rising prices of energy and resources.In addition,States "energy-saving emission reduction" policy on technical and economic index of electrolytic aluminum industry,in particular the higher demands on energy consumption.In order to meet the needs of domestic aluminum market changes and national policy environment,how to increase production and reduce consumption of electrolytic aluminum production,effectively reducing the cost of production has become a realistic objective for electrolytic aluminum enterprise production and management topics,and select "low cost" production process technology of the road will inevitably become electrolytic aluminum enterprise to improve technical and economic indicators,the only way to reduce production costs.I engaged in electrolytic aluminum production over the years management experience and understanding of,on the theory of large-scale prebaked cell based production system,made for the current aluminum market and environmental requirements for the national policy of large-scale prebaked cell technology for smooth,efficient,and low cost production routes,only for peer reference.
