Metal cutting machine is considered to be the workhorses of machinery manufacturing,it is the most basic equipment of the mechanical manufacturing industry,which is the basic industry in the development of the national economy?In the various parts of the machine tool,in which the spindle box,bed saddle,tailstock are installed on the machine bed?The layout,structure parameters and the characteristic of the bed depends on the structure of machine tool machine tool in stiffened plate form,slant bed tilt angle,in the cutting process of machine tool,the bed will occur deformation and vibration loads,these changes are mainly due to the design of the structure is not reasonable,and just due to lack of?In this paper,the dynamic characteristic analysis and structural parameter optimization of a CNC lathe bed are studied:(1)Establishing the finite element model of inclined bed structureA slant bed finite element model is based on finite element analysis,the bed structure model to establish 3D modeling software Solidworks,using the interface function of ANSYS,import it into ANSYS,a finite element model to build up the body?(2)Force analysis and finite element analysis of inclined bedStress analysis is the premise of applied load,constraints and finite element analysis to determine the stress of the inclined bed,each member is in contact with the machine bed on the bed,a bed load model,load and constraint on the inclined bed and in solution by using the ANSYS software,the maximum deformation the bed and the maximum deformation position?The natural frequency and the corresponding vibration mode of the lathe bed are obtained by modal analysis?(3)The sensitivity analysis and structural optimization of the dynamic characteristics of the inclined bed structureBy changing the slant bed structure of lathe bed tilted the natural frequency sensitivity analysis,find out the parts of lathe bed had a greater influence on the natural frequency of lathe bed structure to improve the optimization?...
