In recent years,the issue of resources and environment become one focus concern worldwide.The contradiction between resource reserves and human demand,the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic development are deeping with the pace of social development.With the increasing consumption of resources on the human society,many kinds of resource on the earth have on the verge of exhaustion,Seeking alternatives of nonrenewable resources,such as petroleum,has become a general trend.Biomass resource has gradually been recognized by people because of its large reserves,renewable,less pollution and other advantages.For the past few years,the research production of bio-based materials have had endless stream at home and abroad,bio-based materials industry is rapidly rising.In this paper,we used the bio-oil,cardanol and other biomass resources,haved studied the application value of biomass in the field of modified phenolic.The bio-based plywood and bio-based modified asphalt were prepared by modified bio-based phenolic resin.According to the previous research on bio-based resin,the bio-oil was modified with urea,and the bio-phenolic resin was prepared by the modified bio-oil;The bio-oil was prepared from China fir in situ liquefaction use phenol,the bio-based phenolic resin was prepared by resinizing the liquefied product,and bio-based plywood was prepared by the bio-based phenolic resin;The bio-based hydrophilic phenolic resin,and high toughness phenolic resin,was synthesized from cardanol;Finally,the performance of modified asphalt has been studied,the modified asphalt used bio-based resin as modifier and mixed evenly with asphalt in different proportions.The physical and chemical properties of the biobased phenolic resin and biobased materials have been stued,by FI-IR,DSC,TG,SEM and other analytical methods.The conclusions of this thesis include:(1)The bio-based phenolic resin prepared by using modified bio-oil and fir liquefied product,have the higher curing temperature and the larger curing temperature range,the carbon residue at 800?more than 40%,have excellent heat resistance and thermal stability.(2)The plywood prepared with bio-based phenolic resin,it's Bending modulus reached 17 GPa,has good mechanical properties.(3)The bio-based hydrophilic phenolic resin has good water solubility,and this hydrophilic ability can be controlled according to the molecular weight of the polyether amine,This characteristic lays the foundation for it's apply in coating,emulsified asphalt and other fields;There is a great potential for bio-based phenolic resins in the modified asphalt.(4)By contrast,the optimal proportion of resin and asphalt is 40:100 when using CPB-15 BOZ resin as modifier,At this time,the modified asphalt has relatively high tensile strength and plasticity.
