Manufacturing is the mainstay of the national economy,is the main battlefield of scientific and technological innovation,is the founding of the country,rejuvenating the country,the power of the base.Machine tool is the mother machine of manufacturing,is also the basis of equipment manufacturing.National level of CNC machine tool manufacturing level and the amount is a significant method to measure of the national comprehensive and national defense ability.At present,the manufacturing method and reliability of CNC machine tools need to be improved.Static and modal performance analysis of CNC machine tools is one of the means to improve machine reliability.In this paper,the purpose of research 63 HA horizontal machining which designed and manufactured by Ningbo Haitian precision machinery Co.,Ltd.The two stages-trial and stereotyping they experience,Solidworks is used for 3D modeling.Analysis and analysis software for static analysis and modal analysis,after repeated modeling,analysis,proposed a reasonable structure optimization program.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)In this paper,the 3D model of 63 HA horizontal machining center is set up in the design stage of the trial machine.The static analysis and modal analysis are carried out by using the finite element method after the first part.The corresponding displacement distribution and stress distribution map and inherent Frequency and mode diagram,through analysis,to find out the direction of optimization,and ultimately determine the bed,column,the spindle box three key parts as further optimization goals.2)In this paper,combined with the company's manufacturing experience and the lack of trial machine situation,to determine the optimization of parts to establish a variety of structural solutions,with the trial machine design process analysis consistent with the analysis to ensure that the static and modal analysis results Better than the trial machine program.3)Replace the first set of corresponding parts with the optimized model of re-determined bed,column and headstock,and carry out static and modal analysis on the whole machine.From the analysis results,the optimized machine with the first Compared with the whole set of three-dimensional model,the overall deformation is reduced by 15%,the first mode natural frequency increased 8.3%.4)The accuracy of the structural optimization is confirmed by comparing the machining accuracy of the trial-cut parts with the trial and stereotypes machine.In this paper,through the 63 HA horizontal machining center performance analysis and structural optimization,the establishment of a set of effective design specifications for the follow-up company to provide the development of other product design standards and processes,and this product was mass production.
