In recent years,Super-hydrophobic technology as a new type of environmentally friendly anticorrosive method has been widely concerned.In this article,we have fabricated micro-nano strctures nickel film by cheap and simple way of electrochemical deposition.After modified by myristic acid,the nickel film exhibited good super-hydrophobicity.On this basis,the author added SiO2 nano particle and graphene sheets in plating solution in purpose of increasing mechanical property,super-hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance.Meanwhile,static contact angle and sliding angle were employed to measure wetting behavior of super-hydrophobic nickel film,the corrosion resistance of the film was measured by the electrochemical test and corrosive solution immersion test.In addition,the surface morphology and composition were characterized by a field emission scanning electron microscope?SEM?and attached energy dispersive X-ray spectrum?EDS?.The three kinds of super-hydrohpbic film exhibite different properties in different fields,the conclusion is as follow:?1?After chemical modification,the nickel film fabricated by electrochemical deposition shows good super-hydrophobic property.The super-hydrophobic nickel film with current density of 3 A/dm2 and deposition time of 10 min possesses better mechanical property,the super-hydrophobic film still remains super-hydrophobicity after 10 times abrasion test.The contact angle and sliding angle of the super-hydrophobic nickel film are 153.2 ± 0.54° and 15°,respectively.The superhydrophobic nickle film shows better corrosion resistance,with the corrosion current density of 1.324×10-7 A·cm-2 and the impedance of 3.39×105 ?·cm2,compare with common nickel film.After immersing in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution 48 hours,the super-hydrophobic nickel film still shows good corrosion resistance.?2?The diameter of SiO2 nano particles is about 200-300 nm,which was fabricated by sol-gel method.The content SiO2 nano particles in the film were increased significantly when the current density is 3 A/dm2 and deposition for 10 min.The super-hydrophobic Ni-SiO2 film still remains super-hydrophobicity after 15 times abrasion test.The contact angle and sliding angle of the superhydrophobic nickel film are 156.7 ± 0.74° and 8.7 ± 1.0°,respectively.The super-hydrophobic nickle film shows better corrosion resistance,with the corrosion current density of 1.099×10-7 A·cm-2 and the impedance of 3.47×105 ?·cm2,compare with common nickel film.?3?The super-hydrophobic nickel/graphene hybrid film possesses obvious micro-nano multistage structure and exhibites the best super-hydrophobic property.The contact angle and sliding angle of the super-hydrophobic nickel/graphene hybrid film are 160.4 ± 1.5° and 4°,respectively.The impedance of the super-hydrophobic film is as high as 2.8×106 ?·cm2.The corrosion current density of the super-hydrophobic film is as low as 1.961×10-8 A·cm-2.The superhydrophobic nickel/graphene hybrid film still remains super-hydrophobicity after 60 times abrasion test.After 72 hours immersion in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution,the super-hydrophobic nickel film still shows good corrosion resistance.
